1 、boot: boot before the inspection of the pipeline, bottle cap and dry pipe and other parts are connected, reagent bottle and solvent bottle of Carle's reagent and anhydrous methanol is sufficient. And then open the instrument back to the power switch, the instrument self-test after the input operator number (no more than 3 digits of any value), press [confirm] key to display the current time, press any key to enter the main menu.

 

2.Ceiling solvent: move the cursor to "manual control" press [confirmed] button to enter the sub menu, select "ceiling" solvent and press the [ceiling solvent] button, then the pump will solvent bottle of methanol will be injected into the cuvette and cuvette methanol level need to soak the cuvette platinum electrode and titrating head and press [return] button to stop. 9、Note: fall to the surface of the instrument reagent will erode the shell, must promptly clean up, removal or installation of the cap, drying tube and pipe when attention to the sealing ring of the correct use and installation, to avoid affecting the system tightness; please note meaning waste liquid bottle capacity before the operation of discharging the waste liquid, waste liquid bottle waste overflow will direct corrosion and damage the instrument air pump; ensure the reaction cup has enough of the methyl alcohol in the titration reaction, to avoid affect the measurement; reagents may be toxic, corrosive, flammable, please safekeeping and use.
